Why flat pricing matters on a construction site
Leading safety platforms charge roughly $24–30 per user per month. A 15-person crew therefore costs $360 or more every month — so in practice, crews get left off the system entirely, which defeats the point. SiteKey charges one price for your whole company, so you can put everyone on it.

Is there really no per-user charge?
Correct. Every plan includes unlimited workers and unlimited supervisor accounts. Plans differ by how many subcontractor companies you manage and how many admin seats you need.
Do workers pay anything?
No. The worker app and credential wallet are permanently free for workers. Their credentials belong to them and move with them between employers.
What happens after the free trial?
You get 14 days free with no card required. After that you choose a plan. If you don't, the portal locks but your data is kept — nothing is deleted.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, at any time. If you take on more subcontractors than your plan covers, we'll prompt you to move up rather than silently cutting anything off.
Are you a subcontractor?
Subcontractors use SiteKey free to hold their company's compliance documents and their crew's credentials. If you run your own projects too, a low-cost plan unlocks your own sites, gate scanning and rosters.
