We built the check we kept wishing existed
SiteKey started from a simple frustration: on a real site, nobody can actually confirm — in the moment, at the gate — that the person walking in holds the certifications the job legally requires. The paperwork says one thing; the gate has no way to check. So we built the check.
What we're trying to do
Give the person responsible for a site a way to know, in one second, that every worker is compliant — without hiring someone to stand at the entrance with a binder. And give workers a credential wallet that belongs to them and follows them between employers, instead of being re-verified from scratch on every job.
Where we work
We support general contractors across the United States, Canada and Germany, with the actual safety-certification rules of each jurisdiction built in — federal OSHA and state plans in the US, provincial OHS and WSIB in Canada, and DGUV/Arbeitsschutz in Germany.
How we build
Honest about what it is
SiteKey is a record-keeping tool. It doesn't certify anyone or replace your legal duties — it makes the records you already rely on actually usable at the gate. We say that plainly, everywhere.
Built for the field
Job sites lose signal, gloves don't work on touchscreens, and shift changes are chaos. The product is designed around those realities — offline-first, one-tap check-in, nothing that assumes an office.
Fair pricing
One flat price per company, unlimited users. We refuse to charge per worker, because per-user pricing is exactly why crews get left off safety systems in the first place.
Leadership
SiteKey is founded and led by Zura Ivaniadze. Sitekey LLC builds and operates the platform to an enterprise standard: the compliance records and worker data it holds are among construction’s most sensitive, and they are encrypted, access-controlled, and run with the reliability that safety-critical work demands. Our customers deal directly with the team accountable for the platform — and we treat a gate that won’t open with the urgency that implies.
