Everything you need to run a compliant site

Built specifically for construction — not a generic checklist app with a hard hat icon.

  • Gate check-in that takes one second

Workers tap an NFC tag or scan a QR poster to check themselves in. Supervisors can also scan a worker's QR badge directly. Either way you get an instant GREEN or RED verdict with the exact failing certifications listed.

  • Certification expiry tracking

Every credential is tracked against its real expiry date and the rules of the jurisdiction it's used in. You get warned before things lapse, not after — including refresher deadlines like the 2026 HazCom update.

  • Works with no signal

Job sites lose connectivity constantly. SiteKey caches the day's roster on the device, decides GREEN or RED offline, and syncs every scan once you're back in range.

  • Incident reporting that routes itself

Report an injury, near miss, property damage or observation in under a minute with photos. Severity drives what happens next — serious incidents trigger SMS, require named acknowledgment, and generate a jurisdiction-formatted report.

  • Equipment pre-use inspections

Tag ladders, scaffolds, forklifts and harnesses. Workers tap to run the pre-use checklist for that equipment type and jurisdiction. Any failure requires a photo, marks the item non-operational and notifies you immediately.

  • Subcontractor compliance in one view

Track each subcontractor's insurance, trade licences and clearance certificates alongside their workers' credentials. See exactly who is site-ready before you issue the work order.

  • Rosters and schedule sync

Set who's expected on site each day, import from CSV, or connect a calendar feed so rosters populate themselves. Anyone who hasn't checked in by your cutoff time gets flagged absent.

  • Toolbox talks and site orientations

Publish a toolbox talk in multiple languages and collect digital sign-off. Require a site orientation with a quiz before a worker's first check-in.

  • Reports and exports

Daily site logs, inspection PDFs, scan history and a full certification matrix — exportable to CSV whenever an auditor, client or insurer asks.

  • Three languages, built in

The worker app, supervisor app and dashboard all run in English, German and Canadian French. Your crew reads safety information in the language they actually think in.

  • AI incident draftingPremium

Turn a hurried typed description into a properly structured, jurisdiction-formatted incident report. Every AI output is a suggestion a human reviews and confirms — it never files anything on its own.

  • Schedule integrationsPremium

Connect an external project schedule so your expected-on-site rosters populate automatically. Workers are never created automatically — you confirm every match.

One system, three regulatory environments

Safety requirements aren't universal. SiteKey stores the actual certification rules for each jurisdiction and applies the right ones automatically, based on where the site is.

United States

Federal OSHA baseline with state-plan overlays. Covers OSHA 10/30, fall protection, HazCom, first aid/CPR and heat illness prevention, plus state-specific requirements.

Including Texas, New York, Florida, California and Nevada

State rules genuinely differ: NYC Local Law 196 requires an SST card, Nevada mandates OSHA 10 within 15 days of hire, and Cal/OSHA treats heat illness prevention more strictly than the federal standard. SiteKey applies each automatically.

Canada

Provincial OHS requirements with WSIB clearance verification and CSA standards. Working at Heights, WHMIS, first aid and confined-space entry are all tracked.

All provinces and territories, including Ontario, British Columbia and Quebec

Ontario's Working at Heights training, Quebec's ASP Construction card and BC's provincial requirements are stored as distinct rule sets — a worker compliant in one province isn't assumed compliant in another.

Germany

DGUV and Arbeitsschutz requirements, with the data-protection expectations German customers rightly insist on.

Nationwide coverage

Built with German data-protection expectations in mind: full data export, account deletion, and explicit consent controls. Note that our AI features are deliberately switched off for German-jurisdiction accounts pending a confirmed data-transfer safeguard.
